Yalcin holds a law degree from Bahcesehir University in Turkey and a Master’s in European and International Business, Competition, and Regulatory Law from Freie University Berlin, Germany. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Digitalisation and Law at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, Germany, where he is writing his thesis on “Automated Decision-Making and Its Applications in the Context of AI Governance and GDPR”.
